REFUNDS ON READINGS

There is no refund policy on readings. You cannot obtain a refund for a reading merely because you don't like the information that has come through at the time. All information shared is from a loving space. Belinda Danielle uses her time and energetic space to complete these and it is important that she is the reader for you before you make payment for her services.

By having a session or reading with Belinda Danielle, you agree that you, your assigns, executors, guardians and other legal counsellors, or entities release Belinda Danielle and her employees or anyone associated with her business, from all known or unknown claims against her as a result of any information arising out of a session or reading that you received from her. You waive all claims, demands, compensation, actions, that her or anyone associated with her or any other participant in the reading currently or hereafter may have for any injuries perceived or real losses you may suffer or believe to have suffered because of or during your reading with Belinda Danielle.

You understand and agree that in the event that you, or anyone associated with you, bring a claim for damages against Belinda Danielle and any person associated with Belinda Danielle as a result of Belinda Danielle's actions, omissions and other acts, that you and/or your estate shall indemnify and hold harmless Belinda Danielle and all persons associated with Belinda Danielle from any and all claims, actions, and or damages, legal and otherwise, including the cost and expense of and including reasonable legal fees associated with defending such actions and claims.
